What motivated you to do the NPQLL?

I chose to undertake an NPQEY as I have been in a management role for a few years now and would really like to gain some more professional connections and learn from others and their experiences. We are a very reflective practice and constantly striving to do more for the children driving our curriculum forward. It felt like an opportune time for me to take on another qualification that would not only benefit myself professionally but the staff and the setting also.
