What motivated you to do the NPQLL?

I wanted to undertake the NPQ in leading teaching to enhance my knowledge and skill set in subject leadership. I am excited to share my experiences with peers and support people when necessary. An appeal to the NPQ is working collaboratively amongst like-minded individuals whilst being guided by high-quality tutors and mentors.

Future aspirations: My long-term aspiration would be to become a deputy head or senior leader within a primary setting.
