We are working towards Worcestershire Works Well a workplace wellbeing accreditation to ensure we maintain focus on the health and wellbeing of our staff.
Training
Rivers is a progressive trust and we are keen to provide opportunities for professional development and growth for our staff. Staff benefit from having access to The Rivers Teaching Alliance which provides high-quality professional development including Initial Teacher Training and School to School Support.
