- Move to six INSET days per year: We are adding one additional INSET day to provide more opportunities for professional development and collaboration.
- Protected additional CPL time: We are ensuring that additional Continued Professional Learning (CPL) time is protected within working hours, allowing you to focus on your growth without extending your workday.
