Matt leads the trust to ensure the highest possible standards and outcomes for our  pupils.

Susanna is responsible for the financial health of the whole trust so this can help school leaders to maximise funding and it's spending so that we can provide school environments in which pupils and staff can thrive.

Russell ensures that schools have the best resources to deliver outstanding teaching and learning.

Russell main areas of strategic responsibility are: Estates, IT, Contracts (not HR!), Compliance, Health and Safety, GDPR and Due diligence

Catherine supports schools with CPD and SEND and delivers teacher training on the school based programme.

Alison ensures we get the right people to deliver the best possible education for our pupils. Ensuring there are clear people strategies in place and provide a positive employment experience for all staff across the MAT.

Julia provides administration support to our CEO (Kate) 

Natasha helps to promote schools to prospective parents by creating marketing materials, digital content and support schools with their marketing strategy. Natasha also promotes vacancies and helps to attract new staff.

Sarah will be supporting schools this year as we launch our new governance structure. Sarah also writes the documentation for new trust projects such as NWPA and Unity Academy and, occasionally, supports English in Y6 as she is a qualified teacher.

After completing a Business Professional Undergraduate Placement with the Rivers Central Team, Megan is now in her final year at the University of Worcester and is working part-time as an administrator, reporting to the Director of People and Communications.

Megan coordinates the central HR transactional system, issues contracts of employment and provides support to school office staff in relation to staffing and payroll administration.

Fyonna's role is supporting all schools to ensure compliance and working with the Director of Operations on all areas of operational strategy across the Trust.

Amanda supports trainee teachers during their PGCE QTS year at the River Teaching Alliance based at St Clement’s CofE Primary school.

Steph supports schools with pupil attendance. She has produced a MAT Attendance Policy and has created template letters and procedures to fight absenteeism across the MAT schools. Steph is available for queries, and advice and to assist with tricky circumstances surrounding pupil attendance. 

Jack has the responsibility of supporting schools with financial planning, monitoring, and processing.
