Mental Health Awareness Week 20024
We recognise that our staff’s mental health and wellbeing is paramount. As we observe Mental Health Awareness Week on 13- 19 May, we want to highlight the comprehensive support we offer to ensure our staff thrive both personally and professionally.
- We have Mental Health First Aiders in all schools, who are trained to guide colleagues in need.
- Our staff also have access to a range of wellbeing services, including counselling, financial wellbeing support, a 24/7 GP service, stress coaching, and physiotherapy.
- We are committed to the Education Staff Wellbeing Charter, which ensures that everyone working in education receives the support they deserve.
- Our policies, such as the Wellbeing Policy and Managing Work-Related Stress, reflect our dedication to staff wellbeing.
- We also value employee feedback and strive to create a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Finally, we understand that life can be complex, so we offer flexible working arrangements to promote balance and productivity.
