We are delighted to let you know that The Rivers Teaching Alliance has been approved as a Founding Associate College for the National Institute of Teaching.

This now allows us to deliver the Early Career Framework (ECF) to Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

Associate Colleges are successful school trusts, selected because of their wealth of in-house expertise in professional development and their deep relationships in their local areas.
