Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape and develop this provision, champion inclusive practice and deliver high-quality teaching to pupils within the base.
The Inclusion Hub is a central part of our commitment to ensuring that all children, regardless of need, are supported to thrive both academically and socially.
The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day running of the hub, providing targeted teaching and interventions, supporting staff across the school, and working closely with the SENCO to ensure provision is effective, responsive, and inclusive.
