The postholder will provide expert analysis of the impact of the school improvement strategy at a school and trust level, from Nursery through to Year 6. They will deliver expert diagnosis and follow-up solutions that empower school and trust leaders to make meaningful improvements to pupil outcomes.

The role requires the systematic, forensic, and analytical use of data to provide key insights. The postholder will also take responsibility for the strategy surrounding key statutory data points, with a particular focus on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), phonics, and the end of Key Stage 2. In addition, they will lead on the trust wide strategy for self-evaluation and early years education and outcomes, ensuring consistency, excellence, and continuous improvement across all settings.
