On  Friday 11th July 2025, we were delighted to welcome our advocates, trustees, members, headteachers and executive leaders to this year’s annual trust governance event at St Peter’s Baptist Church, Worcester. 

The afternoon began with a warm welcome from Linda Gregory, Vice Chair of Trustees, followed by an insightful presentation from Matt Meckin, CEO, and execs, who shared a review of 2024–2025 and key focus areas for 2025–2026. 

Attendees took part in a collaborative workshop to evaluate the 2023-2024 and 2024–2025 link trustee/advocate meeting structures and explore potential refinements to next year’s meeting structure and training needs. The final part of the afternoon included safeguarding training and a lively Q&A session.
