We're seeking an Estates and Facilities Manager to become a pivotal part of our growing family of schools.
Responsibility for: Estates and facilities staff (direct line-management of centrally appointed staff and leadership support to headteachers for school appointed staff. This will include some site managers, caretakers, cleaners in charge, grounds maintenance and senior catering staff)
The successful candidate will lead the continuing development of estates and facilities management across the trust, this role will be integral in creating and maintaining inspiring and enabling environments for our pupils so they can confidently learn and play in safe, secure and enriching spaces.
The post holder will lead and manage all aspects of the trust estates including developing exceptional environments for schools, upkeep, care, maintenance, security, site health and safety, cleaning and facilities management in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. They will play a key role in expansion and other advancements in terms of bidding, developing, procuring and overseeing building projects acting as the trust representative with professional advisors and contractors.

Key Purpose:

Main Activities:
- Supporting pupils while they eat their lunch and making sure tables are clean
- To use initiative in monitoring events occurring on the school premises and grounds

Key Purpose:
