We have an exciting opportunity for a teacher at Burlish Park Primary, the school is part of The Rivers CofE Academy family of schools.

What are we looking for:

We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced teacher who is looking for an exciting new opportunity. A passion for working within Early Years is essential.

You will need:

  • Previous experience of working with Reception age children.
  • Up to date training in English and maths and recent developments in Teaching and Learning.
  • Experience of accelerating rates of pupil progress through the use of accurate assessment.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • To be flexible and creative.
  • A positive and to be hard working.
  • An understanding of how children learn and develop.
  • An understanding of children’s differing needs.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching, planning and assessment in the Early Years phase.
  • Liaising with specialist agencies, including Speech and Language.
  • Deployment of Teaching Assistants.

£9-9.94 per hour dependent on experience

St Peter’s Droitwich CofE Academy is looking to appoint an experienced talented, forward thinking and innovative Teaching Assistant who can inspire and motivate a child on a 1:1 basis and small groups of children.

The role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about giving pupils the best education and one who promotes the highest of expectations in relation to behaviour and learning.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Able to work with children 1:1
  • Be able to work with a selective group of children
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work with the class teacher to plan work and provide assessment information

You will need to be:

  • Flexible and creative
  • Positive and hard working
  • Understanding of how children learn and develop
  • Understanding to differing children’s needs

You will be joining a school with enthusiastic and dedicated staff.

Flexible, variable contract

Initially 15-20 hours per week during term time

  • Good understanding of the EYFS

  • Understanding of children’s needs

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and enabling a stimulating learning environment, indoors and out
  • Working with children, parents and carers, professionals
  • Assessing and recording children’s development
